Layered Lens Studio is the data controller for information submitted through this website. This notice covers the first-release waitlist and privacy-request form.

What is collected

The waitlist collects your email address, an optional first name, the artwork you selected, whether you separately opted into studio news, and a short source label such as “Instagram” or a poster location. The privacy-request form collects your email address and the request you write.

How it is used

Your waitlist details are used to send the availability alert you requested and to understand interest in the eight first-release works. Studio news is sent only if you actively ticked the optional box. Your information is not sold.

Storage and retention

The information is stored with the website’s hosting and database providers and is accessible only through the studio’s private demand view. Waitlist details will be reviewed after the release and removed when they are no longer needed. Details retained for optional studio news are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw a marketing choice, or object to its use. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how a request is handled.
